This remodelling project involved a full refurbishment, remodel, and extension of an existing building, complete with associated outbuildings. The aim was to create a modern, energy-efficient, and functional space for the client.
With sustainability in mind, the property was re-roofed and fitted with a new oil-fired heating system. The stables were upgraded with fully insulated walls, including Steico natural fibre insulation in select areas for eco-friendly thermal performance. Double-glazed UPVc windows were installed throughout, enhancing energy efficiency and comfort.
The outbuildings were renovated to complement the main property. These upgrades not only modernised the home but also significantly increased its value and sustainability.
