A pair of independent veterinary surgeons approached Tim Day Construction to fit out their new veterinary practice, having previous experience of our delivery and attention to detail on previous projects.

Having recently acquired architectural drawings, the client asked us to take charge of the project, managing all consultants and ensuring adherence to critical regulations and compliance, including accessibility, fire safety, and building control standards.

The property, previously used for shed manufacturing, needed significant structural upgrades. The original asbestos roof was removed and replaced with a safe, durable solution featuring solar panels for eco-efficiency.

TDC exceeded expectations by fully insulating the structure to meet new-build standards. This enhanced thermal performance elevated the building’s Energy Performance Certificate rating.

A new heating and ventilation system was installed, ensuring a comfortable environment for both the veterinary team and their animal patients.
