Tim Day Construction has extensive experience delivering specialist veterinary fit-outs in Canterbury, combining strong technical knowledge with meticulous attention to detail. Working from architectural drawings, we manage consultants and coordinate projects from concept through to completion, ensuring full compliance with key regulations including accessibility, fire safety, and building control.

Many veterinary fit-outs involve the refurbishment or repurposing of existing buildings, often requiring significant structural upgrades. Our work commonly includes the safe removal and replacement of outdated or hazardous materials, the installation of durable modern roofing solutions, and the integration of energy-efficient technologies such as solar panels.

We design and deliver fit-outs to meet or exceed modern building standards, with a strong focus on insulation, thermal performance, and energy efficiency to improve EPC ratings. This is supported by the installation of modern heating and ventilation systems, creating safe, comfortable, and compliant environments for veterinary teams, clients, and animal patients.
